We made appointment to have the smart car checked out for maintenance, because it was electric we had to trailer it. Got to the dealer at Morse Crossing and was told that the service center was a mile away. Was told we couldn't leave the truck,trailer there so we had to maneuver 60 ft of truck trailer around parking lot. We get to the service center and was asked why we just didn't drive the smart here from the dealer? We were told we couldn't leave the truck trailer there! I purchased a 2015 smart car in October 2017 from the CarMax across the street. They identified that the car had an outstanding recall during the purchase process.
