good clean ps5 but seems like my led lights aren't in the system seems strange but it wasn't like that when I first got it got proof that it wasn't like that they even broke my disk drive now I'm gonna have no choice but get a new one we even told them there wasn't anything a matter with the system but they decided to brake it out of spite yea $2050 dollars down the drain to get a brand new stinking system highly not recommend this place rather go somewhere else than go back
William took care of my gaming system in less than an hour. Took the time to explain to me why I was having other issues and showed me what the current issue was with my hdmi. He took extreme care when fixing the system and did a fantastic job. Will be back for more repairs.
