I needed to have a 3 seater couch and ottoman cleaned. I reached out to this company and they were very responsive. Moshe explained the process and asked me questions to get me the best quote for my needs. When he got to my house, it turns out, my couch needed a little more work to be done due to water stains and more imbed dirt (hey, I have a very active 3yo ) I appreciate that he did the extra work but didn’t change the cost that was quoted. When entire house flooded, picked up very wet area rugs and returned them in pristine condition. Colors hadn't run and white parts were still white. Quick response and returned when promised. Highly recommend!
