We called Samsung and they referred us to Smart Care Solutions for a refrigerator repair. They sent a technician to our house for 150.00 to do a diagnostic. He left after a few minutes saying he needed to order parts and roughly estimated only verbally that it would cost an additional 350. He did not present any paperwork for our approval. Completely dishonest company. No transparency on billing or rates. I was charged $810 to fix a clogged sanitizer hose. Don’t ever use these people.
First of all, I was required to provide my credit card information and charged $1,000 in advance before an appointment was even scheduled. This was not disclosed as a requirement before service. I was told someone would contact me to set up an appt, however, the service guy just showed up the following day unannounced while I was out. Don’t Use “Smart Care”! Such a scam… They say they’re going to help and connect the customer with proper vendors and solutions but they do nothing. You call & no support, you ask for updates & no updates, you ask for ETA & no ETA, you ask for help & no help! Don’t waste your time with with “Smart Care”.
