No heart and no care for customers. I phoned the day before explaining my Smart car roof was stuck open, that I lived over 2 hours away, and that I urgently needed it closed so I could drive safely. They said they understood and were likely able to help. After driving all that way, they looked at the car for less than 2 minutes, made no real effort to try anything, and just said they couldn’t help.
