Muy mala experiencia — nada profesionales. Teníamos un trato para comprar una Chevy Colorado 2021 por $11,600 para nuestra empresa. Todo estaba confirmado para el viernes entre 3 y 4 PM. Incluso fui al banco e hice un cheque de cajero por el monto total, listo para cerrar el trato. Justo antes de salir, llamaron para decir que mejor esperáramos hasta el lunes porque el banco cierra a las 5 PM. Eso nunca se mencionó antes. Terrible experience — not trustworthy. We were ready to purchase a 2021 Chevrolet Colorado for our business for $11,600. We agreed to meet Friday around 3–4 PM, and I clearly mentioned that Fridays are typically busy for us — they said that was fine. I went ahead and got a cashier’s check for the full amount, and right before we were about to leave, they called to say that Monday would be better because the bank closes at 5 PM. Very unprofessional experience. I was ready to buy a 2021 Chevy Colorado for my business — we agreed on a price of $11,600 and planned to meet Friday around 3–4 PM. I even went and got a cashier’s check for the full amount. Right before we were about to leave, they called saying it would be better to wait until Monday because the bank closes at 5 PM. That was never mentioned before, and they said banks close on Saturdays, which isn’t true. If you value honesty and good communication, be careful — they don’t keep their word.
This place has great service, The owner is very professional and nice very attentive, also the guy name Alex is very polite and helpful. They have good cars and great prices. I already bought 2 cars from them already. I definitely recommend this spot if you're wanting to buy a car.
