Hello, I usually don't like writing reviews, however I feel like I won't be seen unless I do. I'm a little disappointed in the communication. Although I'm grateful that my car was seen with a free diagnosis due to an accident, I lost contact with the company for a weeks even though I had called back multiple times, and being told I'd get a call back. I don't often give reviews, however after visiting Cambridge Smart last week, I just felt it was needed. I met with Ross and explained that I wanted to test drive the Smart 1. He really couldn't have been more helpful. We did the test drive the next day and again, the attention to detail and general customer experience was brilliant. My previous experience of buying cars has been nothing short of woeful. If you are on the lookout for a new or used Mercedes/Smart, then look no further than the Cambridge Branch.
Brilliant service and excellent quality several
Excellent service whilst in store. Had to chase for confirmation that my service was overrunning by 2.5 hours and I had to pick up the following day. Received no video confirmation as promised. This is the second year in a row this has happened. I have received full details and constant updates from every other smart / Mercedes garage I have been to.
