don’t not shop here the manager is a psycho,,, we had to call the cops on him because he threatened my husband because we wanted our furniture re upholstered for the price they quoted ,, he flipped out,,, we finally got out furniture back about 3 inches closer to the floor then before and after calling the cops ,,, wasn’t going to bother with the bs to be fixed!!! and he called his own furniture a pos !!! never again would i but anything from these people and cops told us they’ve been there multiple times because of him!!!!
DO NOT SHOP HERE !!! They are liars and scammers and you won’t get your furniture on the day they say ! They keep saying it’s a delay in the factory ! Two people say two different things and they never have a complete answer ! You are better off spending more money for better service and probably quality too !! DO NOT BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS !!!! I am super disappointed please do not be scammed they tell you that 21 days and I am going for a month waiting they do not call me or take my phone they are abandoned and also they do not want to assume their responsibility or want to return the money 😡😡😡
RecommendedSmart Buy Furniture went above and beyond scheduling our sofa delivery. Jose the gentleman that did the delivery was professional and very accommodating with the delivery. He called us an hour before and arrived promptly was very courteous and professional and set up our sofa quickly. A+++
