My brother and I took a Uber to this place to purchase a BMW 750 LI. During the whole process, he was being communicated to as far as his time of arrival. Also had numerous calls from the car dealership. That they would hold the car for him. Upon arrival from Dallas, Texas to Oklahoma City, the car had been sold. Most horrible car buying experience ever. Car broke down three times for major fixes in first week didn't have it 5 out of first 9 days. Had to pay for fix, they stole a new battery I had put in while fixing other issue, finally asked fir money back after only driving it few days, they offered one third of purchase price and said I broke everything, had so many issues with tag agency, sll the paperwork was wrong, they even gave me the wrong title. Absolutely terrible!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Horrible company, I really feel they did something fraudulent to the vehicle to show NO ISSUES (check engine light) we purchased which in turn has cost us thousands to fix and could have put my family in danger !!!!! Not happy one bit! I HIGHLY SUGGEST AVOIDING THEM OR BRINGING YOUR OWN DIAGNOSTIC MACHINE OR TAKING IT SOMEWHERE TO BE CHECKED FOR INTERNAL ISSUES!!!!! Not a good rep to have “SmartBuy”
