They arrived a little early on Saturday and, at my request, explained each step while they cleaned my dryer vent and checked the airflow. I wanted to rule out dust and lint buildup from the dryer system as a possible cause of the cough I had been dealing with, so I really appreciated the clear communication throughout the service. Frederick did a thorough job removing the visible lint and debris and made sure the vent line was cleaned out well. The whole visit felt professional, helpful, and focused on improving the safety ... read more
We scheduled air duct cleaning because our vents and ductwork were full of dust, and a trusted HVAC company strongly recommended the service. The team handled a furnace tucked into a very tight space between three walls without any trouble, which is one of the main reasons I would give them 5 stars. Would highly recommend this air duct cleaning service. We have used them more than once, and they are professional, on time, and very thorough. Our air ducts and vents always look clean, and the air feels fresher after each visit. They even removed some stubborn dust and buildup from the ductwork. derek and roger were helpful, and i would gladly use them again.
Frederick, Derek, and Jared were very professional, careful, and thorough. They came to our home in Burlington for a full air duct cleaning, and even though the house was in rough shape, they went above and beyond to get everything handled the right way. They cleaned the ductwork and HVAC system in detail and applied a Fiberlock treatment, which was especially helpful because we had mold concerns in the system. The whole service took a few hours, and the results were amazing. Our air ducts, vents, and A/C system looked and f... read more
