roger did a great job explaining everything about air duct cleaning and why it's important to have qualified pros handle it. he was patient and made sure i understood the process. i think roger should help train other employees on how to talk to customers over the phone. your company is lucky to have someone like roger on the team in burlington.

roger showed up right on time and was very professional and polite. after the air duct cleaning, my dryer now works much faster and drying time is way less. i also really appreciate getting an email reminder when it's time for another dryer vent cleaning—it makes it so much easier to keep track. overall, really happy with the service from smart burlington air duct cleaners!

Absolutely fantastic service! Derek handled the air duct cleaning for both of our homes in Burlington, and I was really impressed.
