They did an excellent job cleaning the commercial kitchen exhaust and ventilation system, and the whole kitchen looked almost brand new afterward. The grease buildup from heavy fryer use was thoroughly removed from the hood, vents, walls, appliances, and grill area, leaving everything very clean and polished.
