David and his team undertook a full renovation project and extension of our house in 2024 and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our whole experience on the project was excellent. David and his team extended and renovated our house in 2021. Our project was a kitchen extension and downstairs remodel, back garden groundwork’s prep for a garden room and also upstairs remodel and renovation. Pretty much every room in the house has changed, and we are really happy with the results and quality of the craftsmanship and care given to the work. We knew this company had an excellent reputation so we were delighted when David said they could transform a breeze block retaining wall on our front drive with local ironstone and new footings. We absolutely love the finished look, and Glen and Andy were outstanding as a team - so helpful and professional from start to finish - plus a lot of fun. They clearly enjoy and take a lot of pride in their work, as do the whole Smart Build team. We highly recommend them.
