We paid the premium cost because we wanted the premium quality and design, but in the (roughly) year since we've switched over, we've saved over $16,000 just by eliminating the cost of STERNOs. No kidding. We can put 6 chafing dishes and 2 heating lamps on the same circuit without having to hire an electrician to rewire.This beautiful equipment that every one of our guests and staff seem to love has already paid for itself.
