This company is terrible. All they do is play email games. Then when you tell them you are going to call your bank for fraud they put me on a one day suspension. My daughter was locked out of her game for two weeks. Then when some one finally called and got her back in. then they suspended the account because they said I was abusive in my wording. How by calling this company a scammer, because I asked for a refund and they refused. Please take it from us. Do not spend your money!!!!!!!!
This company is terrible. They have no customer service for their games at all. There is no number to call and they refuse to return attempts to get a refund of a substantial amount of money. This is fraud. The animal jam game carries the natgeo name and national geographic is even upset.
