After ordering samples of honeycomb shades, someone contacted me before I got them to make sure I received them and in case I needed any assistance. I'm really impressed with the level of service. The samples look awesome, and the sale was seamless, so I'm super happy so far. I am looking forward to receiving them!
The company is fantastic. I've been doing business with them 4 times and it's always been an amazing experience. The website is easy to use. I was able to ask a question about a certain option and get an answer immediately. The delivery time is excellent, and if you have questions after the delivery, you can also use the chat and have an answer right away. We also get lots of positive comments about our roman blinds. This is a business model that I really wish other Stamford companies would adopt.
We have ordered from this company numerous times and have had no issues. One time we needed additional hardware for honeycomb blinds, and the customer service team ensured we got the hardware quickly. The instructions for measuring are very detailed and easy to follow. A+!
In spite of sizing issues with my first order (my fault), they were extremely helpful and quick to resolve it. They were super accommodating! I also liked the fact that they got me to donate the blinds that didn't work so I could give back to the community. I highly recommend this window treatment store!
I placed an order for free samples ahead of time, and they honored the sale price from the time my free samples were placed. I have not yet received cellular blinds, but I was happy with the measuring instructions.
