It was such a pleasure working with the team at Smart Blinds Brooklyn. Everyone was so helpful and reliable and meticulous about getting things done and done right. The installer came back today to replace one shutter that had a crack I hadn't noticed but he did. Despite me not always being a perfectionist, he did the job right! I am beyond grateful to Smart Blinds Brooklyn!

We received our samples in less than a week, ordered 3" light filtering cellular shades, which arrived in less than two weeks and were installed in no time. It’s an awesome design, excellent material, and an exceptional value. We would definitely buy blinds from this company again.

Blackout blinds fit perfectly in our living room and the headrail had a few scratches from the screws that came with them, so I called customer service and it was replaced right away. Great service. We just ordered two more blackout blinds. Smart Blinds Brooklyn deserves 5 stars!
