We hired this firm to help with a trademark filing. The initial quote covered the submission cost, and we were later charged $400 just to have email updates forwarded to us. When we asked if there would be any further charges, we were told no. Months later, they forwarded another standard update and charged us another $400. While the work itself may have been handled correctly, the billing approach felt misleading and transactional. Clearer communication and transparency around fees would have made a big difference.
