PLEASE FILE POLICE REPORT AT 954-828-5594 SO THEY WILL INVESTIGATE AND PROSECUTE. BELOW WAS MY EXPERIENCE. I FILED POLICE REPORT TODAY. Paid $899.98 for batteries on 2/14. Company is unable to deliver product. Repeated requests to refund my money have not resulted in promised refund. These people are nothing but thieves! They are crooks, they took 10K from us, now won't provide us with our batteries or even respond to us. it's been 4+ month's. I'm writing this hoping someone there can rectify this,

Smart Battery is a scam. Do not purchase or you will regret it. Victor Harberson has been ripping off people for years and I was just another one of his victims.

PLease what do I do about informing the authorities about this company? They are a huge fraud and they are not legitimate.
