The team did a fantastic job. They were thorough with their measurements and took their time as they moved my older tvs and mounts to new rooms and installed a brand new tv and sound system in the basement. They were very friendly and accommodating as we transformed our viewing experiences across the house. I highly recommend them!
Hamed and the team did a superb job. It was a large job with a lot of components and requirements including 2 TV rooms both with surround sound and in wall speakers, Sonos throughout the rest of the house and to top it off optimizing my home network including smart devices. Highly recommend Smart AV! The whole team is very patient, professional and thorough. Hamed gave us great colour and texture recommendations for our Lutron curtains based on our decor style. The install team was very thorough and installs to perfection. Even a small gap in the curtain header was addressed by the install team without us mentioning it. Excellent service since day 1. Hamed is knowledgeable and great at making your dreams and wishes come true. We are truly happy with the lighting, sound and TV installed in our backyard. Would highly recommend Smart TV for any audio or video service required. The technicians are friendly and they work very efficient.
I had a 5.1 home theater system installed in my basement and the whole experience was excellent. The installation was clean, professional, and everything was set up perfectly. The sound quality is amazing and the system works flawlessly. Hamed, the installer, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was positioned and calibrated properly. He also explained how to use the system and answered all my questions.
