The owner left the business to his daughter Now the company it self is utterly useless to the tenants just there to collect rent money the repair people have little knowledge about some repairs they don’t hire people to work that know plumber work or electrician I had a guy come to do repairs he tell me he’s not sure how to do the work so he took a picture of the repairs he put electrical tape on a plastic pipe under the sink
