We were considering buying a property on which to build a laneway and Robbie was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in evaluating different properties virtually to save us time in having to go see them if they would not fit our requirements. We ultimately ended up finding a property with a laneway already built so can't speak to their build time or working with them but can say that they had built the one on the property that we're getting and it looks beautiful! Thanks for all your help!

Heard only great things about Smallworks and even met the owner years ago who is lovely. Unfortunately I had a very bad interaction with Josh Levesque one of their sales associates.
