In response to William T. Mr Tabor had Smallwood's Campers install the Blue Ox tow bar October 20th, 2020. Everything was working fine when he left. We heard nothing from Mr Tabor for 3 months. On January 23rd Mr Tabor stopped in with a bill for repairs made by his dealer. Mr Tabor had taken his car to a dealer for service and had them address an alleged noise that they attributed to the wiring that we had installed 3 months prior. I had Smallwood's install a Blue Ox tow system on my new Chevy Spark about 3 months ago. About a month and a half later we noticed a squeaking noise under the hood. It took us about a month to get an appointment at a Chevy dealership to look at the car because we didn't buy it from them. The dealership showed me that the squeak was coming from an improperly installed break away wire for the tow system that was installed by Smallwood's employees that was rubbing on the belt pully.
