Worst customer service...tried to rip me off. Rude...worst I've ever been treated. I took my vac to Wilbanks and they fixed it for $7. Smallwoods tried to charge me $80 after I already paid them $25...no guarantee for 30 days here. Go to Wilbanks. Promise you'll be happier!
Management would prefer you take it back to where you bought it rather than them providing warranty service as they are expected to do.
VERY POOR SERVICE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!
