I paid them $1000 to start work on a new septic system, that was my mistake and they came out, did a perc test and then silence. I called a few times to find out what was going on and they came back out and did another perc test because they said they lost the first results, then more silence. I started calling again and finally asked for my money back and his wife stated that I wouldn't get my money back because they had done some work and the $1000 covered that work.
