I filed bankruptcy in 2019 with Upright Law. They gave me Smallwood Maranda Law Inc. as a lawyer to use in my area. She was awesome through the whole process. But being nice does not mean you are competent. Go forward to 2022. I was trying to refinance my home, due to most mortgage companies need at least two years out from the bankruptcy and found out she did not do the reaffirmation that i paid for.
