First moved in everything was fine, until a few months in we got a $600 electric bill that we were confused about. They make it impossible to get a parking pass then your car ends up getting towed and you have to pay $250 to get your car. Instead of going to the leasing office to get a resident pass they make you download an app then you have to submit a copy of your insurance that has your name and the apartment address on it then once your approved they mail you the pass. My car insurance is in my parents name and address so even I can’t get a pass and the leasing office only say get it switched to your name and address and that’s the ... read more

New management AGAIN , Capreit is not good. Started without maintenance staff or contractors. It's been 3 weeks with no AC and no time frame for repair or any alternatives offered or available for residents. I lived here for about a month , my air conditioning broke about 3 or 4 weeks ago , I been calling them they recognize my number so they would ignore it , & I called them off another number they said someone was coming out no one never came out .
