This dude knows his shit. I inherited my grandfather's mower when he couldn't use it anymore. Old Snapper they don't make anymore. Jack found all the parts, put the damn thing back together again, and it runs like new. I have the mower problem solved for the next 20 years. If you like stuff done instead of replacing it, this is your dude.

I was able to easily communicate the repair requested for our mower and after evaluation he provided good recommendations for repairs and pricing and projected completion date. Drop off and pick up were a smooth process. I would definitely recommend to others.
Best way to describe this business or Jack: Quick. Knowledgeable. Patient. Selfless. I called and left a voicemail and he text me back with 20 minutes max. Asked me for pictures of the problem. He sent the pictures back to me to confirm that what he sees on pictures is what I see in person. Told me exactly how to fix it, literally step by step.
