Fantastic communication - this is THE shop to use for maintenance or mower repair!!
I was able to easily communicate the repair requested for our mower and after evaluation he provided good recommendations for repairs and pricing and projected completion date. Drop off and pick up were a smooth process. I would definitely recommend to others.
Best way to describe this business or Jack: Quick. Knowledgeable. Patient. Selfless. I called and left a voicemail and he text me back with 20 minutes max. Asked me for pictures of the problem. He sent the pictures back to me to confirm that what he sees on pictures is what I see in person. Told me exactly how to fix it, literally step by step. I reached out to Jack and he gave me an honest assessment of my situation though that would result in me fixing my problem on my own at no charge. Hard to find people like this nowadays. I will definitely be reaching out to him in the future when I have other mower issues.
