Sam was great to work with as we picked out and ordered the flooring and tile work for our new home five years ago. The only negative thing about the experience was trying to deal with a flooring warranty issue that dragged on for a number of reasons but has finally been put to rest. What a spectacular showroom! So many options and it was great to be able to take samples home. Cassie gave us excellent service. She's very knowledgeable of the products and helpful with selection and finding what we were looking for.

It is with great disappointment that I have decided to share my experience with Smalls. After initially installing a new floor in my home, I noticed several issues with the workmanship. Despite my attempts to reach out to them to address the problems, Sam has completely stopped responding to my calls and emails.
