If I could give this office no stars I would. They are terrible. It starts at the disorganization of the front desk (sweet ladies) but inefficient and unwilling to go the extra step to fix an issue so your forced to go over their heads. The nursing staff on some days are great. I truly enjoyed Amy Nathan. Then on others, terrible. Inconsistent. My experience with the resident doctor, her first name was Brooke, was horrible. After my wife waited for an hour to see a resident doctor, she did the confirmation ultrasound. She printed out pictures, which we assumed were for us, but we were then told they’re for the patient chart. Why wouldn’t you say that in the room? Why wouldn’t you ask the parents if they wanted any? Won’t be going back there.
