Rented an office space in Solana Beach for about 3 years. Really great experience. Location was unbelievable and property management company was very easy to work with. Would def recommend to anybody looking for an office space.

Beautiful location by the shore at Fletcher Cove Park. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Sufficient parking and right next to Coast Highway. Very reasonable rent and excellent, responsive management. I am very glad that I located my business there.
Great location for an office! Just steps away from the beach at Fletcher Cove. Quiet building, nice offices, off-street parking and plenty of places to walk to for lunch!
