We had a lovely office in Encinitas and it was a pleasure doing business with them. We never had any issues.
I was a tenant here for 4 years and never had any issues. The location is excellent right by the in n out off the 5 freeway. Cleaning staff were excellent and bathrooms were always clean. It’s a bit older of a building but you can’t beat the rent price. It’s a bargain for the area and location. Great communication from landlord. Only reason I ended my lease was for health reasons and they were wonderful about working with me on that as well. Highly recommend!!!
Brent and Andrew have been my contacts at SmallOffices4Rent, both very professional, responsive and friendly. The transition from my previous office to a new SmallOffice4Rent was seamless. I hope for a long business relationship with these folks.
