I was Tenant in this building for (6) years. Im going to miss it as the location is hard to beat. The management (Small Offices 4 Rent) was excellent. Family run and they care about the building and Tenants. Good price for location.
Leased the office space in Encinitas for a few years. It was well suited for my business with a small conference room available for all tenants. Cant beat the location for going on beach walks at lunch or visiting one of the many dining options in downtown. Highly recommend!
Great part of the world. What's not to like?
I rented from Brent and the experience was wonderful. Always available if I ever needed anything. I highly recommend to anyone who needs a small office space.
