I was unhappy due to poor attention to details. Cabinets handles not straight. Trash left on site, poor ground leveling and job not completed on time at the end.
We bought our Salado home in 2017. In 2018 we hired an inspector to complete our yearly inspection and contacted Smalley regarding the finds that absolutely needed to be fixed. I followed up with Cory to ask if these issues were to be taken care of. We were told that their maintenance was working at another site and would be over to handle these concerns. We have been in our home in Amity estates for almost a year and a half now. We have zero complaints and no regrets on this purchase. James was great to work with. We even had some minor issues that arose that we didn’t notice before after the ice storm and James still had a crew come out and promptly fix it. We would def recommend Smalley homes.
We absolutely LOVE our Smalley home and recommend everyone to give them a shout if you're in the market.
