I am familiar with Smallcakes in Monroe, LA and in Longview, TX. But this one in Shreveport, LA -- across from Whole Foods -- just messed me up. Now, I went in for one reason -- I was waiting on the wife who was in another store and I needed to go to the restroom. How convenient was that, okay! Well, I purchased two Kit Kat cupcakes and I purchased a vanilla cake with prettiest chocolate bloom on top. Got back to car and pulled out the vanilla cupcake.
