Was a good bakery at one point but now they never answer the phone or return calls for orders!
I need someone from this location to contact me asap. You took my money for a wedding cake order and it impossible to get in contact with anyone at this location
Tried to go to this place 3 separate times to place a multiple cake order and they were closed. Now looks like they have closed for good. Wouldn't trust this place to fulfill your order.
I am highly disappointed in this establishment. I ordered 18 cupcakes of different variety and asked not to add any chocolate. The young lady took my order and my payment over the phone, she sent me an email of my order and payment and told me that they would be ready by Friday, October 7, 2022. I was on my way and called to ask for directions and the young lady that answered the phone told me that there was no manager and she checked to see if my order was ready and she said she did not find my order, but they had taken my ... read more
Highly disappointed. I drove all the way here and they were closed at 2:00 PM in the middle of the week. Do not drive here if it’s out of your way, they make up the hours as they feel like it. The door says they are closed Mondays & Sundays due to low staff. This is very frustrating. Cupcakes are great each time i’ve been, but they’re not consistently open. The door was locked, I thought it may have been a mistake. Next I tried calling & no one answered.
