Dr Smallberg engages in deceptive billing practices. She sent me a bill for $436 in May and I paid $200 toward it. After having one more appointment with her in may, she sent me a bill for $776, refusing to identify what the extra charges were for. She charged me $15 per visit for her new air filtration system even though the dental insurance company said she was not allowed to charge patients.
