My family has rented a property from Smallacombe Real Estate for almost 8 years. During that time we have been fortunate to have two excellent Property Managers Our current Senior Property Manager is Megan Pannell. Megan has balanced her responsibilities to the owner and tenants with skill and diplomacy. Megan knows many of her contractors and the quality of workmanship is high. She seeks advice as well as quotes in complex matters.
