visited this bakery for bread
Had an amazing experience with the short soft-spoken lady at the counter, and the server named "Maia". I visit often for their tiramisu and almond croissants. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area!
First time here with indifferent & almost hostile service. Short woman at cash responded to a friendly (I thought) non-personal question with a one word answer without looking at me (through the whole transaction). And I like tipping people in the service business but for the first time did not. Good coffee, prepared food and bread!
The people working there at 2:15pm today did not know what to do and it was chaotic. You could feel that there was tension between them and it made me feel uncomfortable. The one working at the cashier seemed upset that her coworker forgot to put the sign for the bread. Everyone working there seemed so stressed and of course because of that they werent very friendly, kind to customers.
