The office staff can be not helpful at times while others are fine. I have called over 6 times to get a correct ultrasound order through. Also, they called me to get information that was already in computer if they actually to a moment to read the info on the screen….Dr. acts like a good listener but not so much. Have examples but I’ve written enough.
