I am very remorseful dealing with small town solar. Had the panels installed december of 2023. They assured me they were a local company with an office in ******** (where i am ). 4 months later it was obvious that the panels were not producing electricity as they should be or had been in the winter. 2 out of 14 panels were not working. I tried to contact them to let them know so they could fix it. Now it is 6 weeks later, still waiting. Our of maybe a dozen attempts , i have actually talked to a person twice. I have had no problem with this company, the people I have dealt with have been very cordial and courteous from the young man who knocked on my door to the young lady I spoke with when I had a question. I love my new electric bill.
**DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY **Have you ever had the misfortune of dealing with a service as deplorably abysmal as Small Town Solar or with individuals as untrustworthy as ***************** and ******? It is an egregious affront to customer service and a gross violation of basic business ethics.*****************, a so-called sales representative, and ******, the ostensible owner, are not merely untrustworthy, they are the embodiment of duplicity and dishonesty. Great company, from the guy that knocked on my door to the sales guy that came out they answered my questions and I felt very comfortable moving forward. There was a couple times from when I signed paperwork to install where I asked myself "is my project still moving forward?" and Small Town Solar assured me that we are just waiting for permit approvals. Install was great! It was done in 2 days and I couldn't be happier to lock in my power rate for life.
Awesome group of guys. Did what was promised, loving my new solar!
