I am very remorseful dealing with small town solar. Had the panels installed december of 2023. They assured me they were a local company with an office in ******** (where i am ). 4 months later it was obvious that the panels were not producing electricity as they should be or had been in the winter. 2 out of 14 panels were not working. I tried to contact them to let them know so they could fix it. Now it is 6 weeks later, still waiting. Our of maybe a dozen attempts , i have actually talked to a person twice. I have had no problem with this company, the people I have dealt with have been very cordial and courteous from the young man who knocked on my door to the young lady I spoke with when I had a question. I love my new electric bill.
**DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY **Have you ever had the misfortune of dealing with a service as deplorably abysmal as Small Town Solar or with individuals as untrustworthy as ***************** and ******? Great company, from the guy that knocked on my door to the sales guy that came out they answered my questions and I felt very comfortable moving forward. There was a couple times from when I signed paperwork to install where I asked myself "is my project still moving forward?" and Small Town Solar assured me that we are just waiting for permit approvals. Install was great! It was done in 2 days and I couldn't be happier to lock in my power rate for life.
Awesome group of guys. Did what was promised, loving my new solar!
