All of the people I interacted with were great. They were very accommodating with multiple scheduling changes. They did a great job.
Four years ago my 4Runner was hit (and ran) in the mall parking lot; Small Town Auto Body was incredibly helpful with the insurance process and did an excellent job fixing the damage. Today I took my car in for an exterior detail, including paint correction for all the little chips from PNW winter driving. Once again they did a fantastic job; my car looks new, the price was so great I tipped the guys, and they sent me home with a small container of paint in case I needed to do any touchups before my next visit. I love the details they had. Also if you see something that you don't like they were more then happy to fix it. And the price was right.
