The gym itself is fine, but the ownership is a different story. After asking to cancel my month-to-month membership, I was ignored for weeks. When I finally got a response, Paul Anderson told me it was canceled and followed that up with, “so what’s your problem?” That level of dismissiveness and hostility toward a paying customer is unacceptable.
