First visit with the doctor went well with my children! What we didn’t like was an employee the lady with the long hair was very rude and loud! As I was checking out she had a customer come in and she was nasty with him !! Not sure if we want to return after we pick up our glasses! That’s why I gave 4 stars the doctor was nice and the employee with short hair!
My experience today was phenomenal. I'm a new patient. I had to fill out a "New patient form". I've done this so many times and every single time the doctor walks into the room asking me all the same questions I already answered. That did not happen this time. This time every concern was addressed. I walked away overwhelmed with the information I was given. This is my new Optometrist. All three of of you, Chef's kiss!
Our family loves Dr. Hill and her staff! They always make you feel like family!
