My experience today was phenomenal. I'm a new patient. I had to fill out a "New patient form". I've done this so many times and every single time the doctor walks into the room asking me all the same questions I already answered. That did not happen this time. This time every concern was addressed. I walked away overwhelmed with the information I was given. This is my new Optometrist. All three of of you, Chef's kiss!

This place is hands-down one of the best doctors offices I’ve ever been to. I’d highly recommend them. The doctor was absolutely phenomenal and the gal at the front desk was very friendly ad well. They were very organized, I did not have to wait long, and the appointment moved quickly. Having worked for and with doctors in the past and there are very few medical practices you go into where you really enjoy the appointment. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. 👍
Honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an optometrist office. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping patients. The doctor was rushed, dismissive, and barely explained anything about my prescription. The equipment looked outdated, and the office itself was filthy—dust everywhere and smudges on every surface. To top it off, they messed up my prescription, and now I’m stuck squinting at everything until I can find a competent optometrist. Avoid this place like the plague.
Fantastic service from well trained professionals! Definitely recommend their practice.
