DO NOT BUY! I believe this is a scam. I ordered a 15 hp carb for a 2018 9.9 hp 4 stroke mercury ,along with the gaskets, fuel filter, and the 1 year warranty. Recieved the first carb with a broke choke connection ( the black plastic arm). Box was in perfect shape, packaged well. happened before it shipped i believe. Fast shipping, and someone responded quickly to my problem, pleasant guy. Said it probably happened at the warehouse. Told to keep it for parts, and was sent another fast. I installed it.
