I went in excited to get my hair done and the stylus I had but didn't get my hair to be like I asked it to be when I was done I still had gray hair and when I went in I wanted it to be covered back to my natural color with highlights that did not take effect. After this toy can be done I pointed out the gray but got a response. Come in the next time and we can get it taken care of after paying $80 for nothing. Was very upset that it didn't turn out like it should have..😥
