Nicole is the absolute best! Her kindness and compassion provides a comfort level for my daughter’s experience at the dentist that I am sure we would not get anywhere else in Calgary. Thankful for Nicole and her sensitivity to what my daughter’s needs for her dental health.
My girls love going there. All the staff and Doctors make them feel very comfortable and make it an easy experience.
Wonderful experience for my 4 year old son. They took the time to explain everything so he felt comfortable and they kept things calm and fun
We love Dr. Michelle and the whole team at Small to Tall! They are always so gentle and patient while explaining every step of the cleaning and/or xray process and have made it so our daughter enjoys going to the dentist; the play area and the treats from the token machine are just a nice bonus!
Emily (dental hygienist) is just wonderful. I watched her respectfully and clearly explain to my daughters what to expect during their dental procedures - she picked up on each of their personalities and what they needed from her to feel trusting and safe during the appointment, and she conveyed a lot of empathy. When I requested that she use proper terminology instead of euphemisms (eg: "bacteria" and "anaesthetic" instead of "sugar bugs" and "sleepy juice" - I think maybe some kids feel comfier when the euphemisms are used... read more
