The staff is always great and my kids love going here. Tonight especially we had to call the after hours line to which we got a response from Dr Harding almost immediately. She took her time to really evaluate the situation and went above and beyond our expectations. It is evident there is true care for the patients and their parents well being and piece of mind. All the more reason for us to love the practice. Thanks again!
Dr. Sari and one of the techs rushed in on their day off when my son fell at school and broke his front tooth in half. They were kind and reassuring, and thankfully were able to save his tooth. We are very grateful for small to tall.
I went to the brockport branch growing up and loved them so much I now take my two kids to the Chili branch. The hygienist are all amazing as are the dentist. We used to see Dr. Glowinski and loved him but he has since retired. We got to meet the new dentist taking his spot, Dr. Ungaro, and I was very impressed with how he handled my 21 month old and her first visit. Both my kids left the dentist excited for their next visit and spent the day playing denim with their toys!
Despite not yet being a patient, they fit my toddler in right away after he had an injury to his teeth. The staff was incredibly kind and reassured my very scared child. The dentist was very good with my son and provided a thorough examination.
