We had a very positive experience.
It a great place IF you can get a therapist. We had been working with one of their therapist and were getting great results, but then the therapist left. Now we have been on a waiting list for over 2 months with them still not being able to tell me when they will have a new therapist on. I am sure this is not a typical experience for everyone but its the one I am dealing with. This rating is not for the staff dealing with the kids, but for the management.
Today was my son’s last day due to PCSing, So i decided to leave a review. Never had a bad experience and everyone has been amazing, I do find unfair the review below especially if is putting a therapists job at risk, It is no secret that the lollipops are for patients not siblings or non patients for obvious reasons if lollipops are giving to everyone including siblings they might not be enough for other kids i make sure it always teach my daughter that not every time her sibling get something she will get and vice versa, F... read more
Have had nothing but great things happen with Small Talk. My son has been receiving services here since we moved to RVA. My son does OT, SLP, & PT and has improved tremendously while under the care of this pediatric therapy. The place has grown some since we established care but they run the facility beautifully and efficiently.
Our son has been receiving Speech Therapy services at Small Talk in Woodlake for 3.5 years and we are beyond thrilled with his progress that he has been making. Jessica makes it a point to include things that our son enjoys doing within his therapy session -- he loves to play games which she incorporates many into his sessions. She communicates before and after each session with the plan for the day and then what they accomplished during his session.
