Very disappointed with this experience. After reviewing my son’s old evaluation, the clinic decided they could not see him because of AAC concerns, yet he was never given the opportunity to come in for an evaluation. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication I had to repeatedly follow up myself to get answers. Families deserve better communication and a fair chance for their child to be assessed.
Absolutely amazing speech therapy center! The staff is caring, patient, and truly dedicated. My child has made incredible progress. Highly recommend!
