We had Steven install a toilet under the stairs with a sink as a fresh new installation. The job took him 4 days to complete with 2-3h work each day. So a job that could have been done in max 2-days. On the first day he came in coughing (clearly sick), about 5 days later I too got sick. For the ~4k I paid, I expected him to do a complete job, guide me through the process and talk to me about what was needed rather than expect me to know about his trade skirting, flooring etc. I felt he did the minimal and was not happy.
