Quick to respond to my situation and arrived at the time they quoted. The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable of my issue. Diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and kept me informed of what he was doing. I would recommend this business to anyone and will use them again to maintain my mini splits. Excellent is my rating.
We were in Europe when our house sitter told us our AC was out. We gave her Small Solutions number and she was able to get someone out that day to take care of the problem. We have used them for our HVAC needs for nine years and they have always been responsive and professional.
I especially liked the honesty of the employees, I had scheduled them to do a duct cleaning and upon their thorough inspection informed me I did not need one duct work was clean! Instead found problem with Returns which they do not do and need to find another Company to take care of the problem. I did sign a contract to have them do Fall and Spring maintenance check! So glad I found this Family owned Co.!
Very easy to make an appointment. Technician showed up on time and was able to diagnose the problem right away. No pushy sales stuff, just fixed the problem and double checked it. Very polite and informative.
