My AC went down and McCarthy/ARS Roto Router, despite charging me a monthly maintenance fee, declared that they no longer serviced my area (no stars for you McCarthy/ARS Roto Router!). Small Solutions did come out quite quickly. It took less than an hour to figure out the problem. There was a $95 service fee, plus $120 fee for time ($215 total). I thought that was a bit steep.
