Great company. They had a representative here 10 minutes after they called in regards to my inquiry on the internet site. They were then able to send 3 employees out a few days later to replace our unit. They gave us three estimates on three different units. Great team - Matt, Stephanie, and Jason. They worked in humid conditions in a hot attic and outside in the heat, only to have a torrential downpour and a swarm of mosquitoes to fight away. Highly recommend this company!!

Our AC breaks down on a Sunday at the beginning of a week of excessive heat. The worse possible time. But these guys come out Monday afternoon after a morning call, and all is cool when the leave a few hours later. What could have been a hellish week was avoided. Call Small Solutions to avoid big headaches.

I was very pleased with how accommodating they were in scheduling my appointment, especially considering that other establishments had wait times of several weeks. Their service was excellent, and they were both professional and informative. I would certainly recommend them.

Tech was on time. Diagnosed the problem and explained it, then fixed the problem. Finally he checked that everything else on the system was working well. I definitely recommend them.

Everytime I call everyone I have spoken with are very nice. Also, the person that comes to do maintenance and repair are always on time. They always explain what they have done. My air conditioner quit working on a very hot humid day, I called around 8:30 am and they were here to do repair before noon. They also offer a maintenance contract that is very reasonably priced.
